USED GF & MORE HIGH FIBRE, 3 cups converted to 7.5cups (1kg). Left out sunflower seeds. Chobani FF. XL eggs. Nuts nice but not necessary. 2nd time round I did all the same as first except left out nuts and used 2c mixed fruit which contained mixed peel and added 4tsp cinnamon. It was to die for! Also, very important, brown rusks nicely when baking, the gives lovely toasty flavour when dried! Texture of rusk also slightly airier. Baked approx 50-60min.
