Some stretches to get closer to your splits! Do these every day for however long it takes you to get your splits! Trust me, i have been doing these and i am a pillow width away. Just keep in mind its different for everybody, especially if you used to be able to do your splits. But dont worry! Even if you arent flexible, you can get the splits.
