Meatloaf is a super easy meal to prepare, but it takes so long. Often you worry about if it is “done” in the middle or not. Instead of using a pan use a muffin tin! It cuts your baking time down to only 15 minutes AND best of all it is perfect for portion control! You can easily use them later in the week for leftovers too. why don't we think of these things!
For the lake...via Southern Living: 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries; 4 bottles Corona (12oz) beer; 1 container frozen raspberry lemonade concentrate (thawed) or pink lemonade; 1/2 cup vodka; garnish w/ lemon slices or raspberries.
Pork spare ribs by Jan Braai...This turned out good. I baked rib racks with garlic at 300 degrees for 2.5 hrs, drained fat, cut ribs apart. Then mixed up the sauce and poured over all, covered and baked at 350 for half hour, then uncovered and finished at 350 for about half hour. I think not so much the sauce recipe as the method, and that's not even in the recipe.
