Dom Pedros for 2 Ingredients: Vanilla Ice Cream, slightly softened Double Cream Liqueur or spirit of choice Chocolate sauce or sprinkles 1. Put 4 large scoops of Ice-cream into a blender 2. Splash in some double cream 3. Add 100ml liqueur or spirit - whisky, brandy, kahlua or rum are the most commonly encountered in SA. 4. Whizz up until completely blended 5. Pour into 2 large wine glasses and decorate with sprinkles/sauce. 6. Drink straight away - Lekker!!!
