I’m heading back to magical @andbeyondmnemba with @solful_yoga next month! . That means this Sunday is the last donation based class I’ll be hosting @manifestyogastudio (the intention & class will be continued) & I’ll be back in time for @awakenyogafestival in January (early bird tickets are currently on sale). ✨🌙💫 . In the mean time, I have only a few slots open for any last minute mindfulness or yoga sessions before I leave for island life. ✈️🧘🏽‍♀️🦋🇹🇿

It's not as daunting (as stepping into a yoga studio can be for many first timers) or as overwhelming (as the idea of meditating for 20 minutes a day can be), but rather accessible to everyone. . The art of mindfulness is the ability to be completely present or aware,
without judgement. 🧠✨ .
