Ty Charlene - You asked for it, you got it! Here is my Healthy Homemade Mayonnaise recipe! You won't believe how easy it is to make and how good it tastes! And you'll LOVE feeding this to your children as it is a powerhouse of health! Healthy Homemade Mayonnaise Ingredients: *1 whole egg *2 egg yolks *1 tablespoon Dijon mustard *1 tablespoon lemon juice *1/2 teaspoon salt *1/4 teaspoon creole seasoning *1/2 cup coconut oil, melted on low heat (use at room temperature-NOT hot!) *1/2 cup olive oil Directions: 1. Blend egg and egg yolks, mustard, lemon juice, salt, creole in food processor for 30 seconds. 2. With the food processor running, add your oils very slowly. Start out with drops of oil at a time working up to very small stream. It should take you about 2 minutes to add the oil. That's it! It's that easy! Let us know when you make it, and please post pictures!! Blessings in health, Charlene Bollinger The Truth About Cancer CancerTruth #aglobalquest Important Note on Coconut Oil: When choosing your coconut oil, be sure for this recipe to get expeller-pressed as it will not smell or taste like coconut. | Facebook
