Made this Moroccan (though it's not super Moroccan-y to me) chickpea & couscous salad for dinner. It was tasty.

Using halloumi in this creamy cashew nut curry makes a tasty change from a traditional curry. Sprinkle with a handful of whole cashews for an extra crunch.

serves about 6 big serves. Add sultanas to sauce and save some extra cashews to sprinkle on after.
