All bodies are good bodies. Your body is not an apology. What it looks like, or what it can do, should never define your worth. "You can't hate yourself into a body you love". "Workouts should be a celebration of what your body can do, not a punishment for what you ate". I saved the pins for this board without looking at all the sites.
