🔥☁️Cauliflower Loafs☁️🔥 Batter: In a bowl, beat 2 eggs with 1tbsp. Greek yogurt , salt, pepper and mix well. Cut the cauliflower into thick slices. Dip them in the batter. Fry the breaded cauliflower for 5 minutes on each side, until they are crispy. Transfer the to a baking dish, place a slice of tomato and a slice of mozzarella on top of each slice.
