Pineapple Tart | Rainbow Cookin: Dissolve 2 packets yellow jelly in 450ml boiling water. Chill intil the consistency of egg white, but not set yet. Line bottom of 26x26cm  tart dish with tennis bescuits. Spoon over 1 x 450g tin crushed pineapple, adding juice last. Whisk 1 x chilled 375g tin evaporated milk with 1tin condensed milk. When stiffish, whisk into jelly. Pour over biscuits/pineapple.  Chill in fridge two hours. Pour small tin passionfruit pulp over the tart before serving.
