Zutaten: 1,5 Tassen gekochte Süßkartoffel 1/2 Tasse Mandelbutter 1/4 Tasse Mandelmehl 1/4 Tasse Kakao 1/2 Tasse Ahornsirup 1 Esslöffel (Kokos-, Oliven-, Macadamiaöl) 1 Teelöffel Vanille 1/4 Teelöffel Natron 1/4 Teelöffel Backpulver Prise Salz 1/2 Tasse vegane Schokoladenstückchen (plus mehr zum Bestreuen oben drauf) Anleitung: 1. Den Ofen auf 175°C vorheizen. 2. Alle Zutaten in einer Rührschüssel vermischen. 3. Schokoladenstückchen unterrühren. In eine mit Backpapier ausgelegte 9x9 Backform gießen. 4. - 3 ripe banana • - 120 g (1/2 cup) creamy peanut butter • - 50 g (1/2 cup) cocoa powder • DIRECTIONS • - Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and fold a brownie pan with parchment paper. • - Mash 3 ripe bananas then add peanut butter and stir the mixture until smooth. • - Sift in cocoa powder, give it a mix and transfer to the prepared brownie pan. • - Bake in hot oven for 22 to 30 minutes – mine took 27 minutes. Let cool completely at room temperature before slicing.

homemade almond joy candy bars 🫶🏼 they’re gluten free, dairy free, paleo, and refined sugar free, and taste so much like the real thing! ingredients • 2 cups unsweetened coconut flakes/shreds • 1/4 cup raw honey or pure maple syrup • 1/4 cup coconut oil • 1/4 cup full fat canned coconut milk • 6oz dark or semi-sweet chocolate (i use dairy free) instructions • 1. first, melt the coconut oil. next, make the coconut filling: add the shredded coconut, coconut milk, honey/maple syrup, and melted coconut oil to a food processor and process for about a minute, scraping down the sides as needed. • 2. once smooth, add the filling to an 8x5 loaf pan lined with parchment paper and smooth it out. next, top with roasted almonds (be sure to press the almonds down into the coconut mixture).
