I think my smile at the end is because I forgot how hard this set was... Im using the Roll down bar to make some arm work a little more spicy! I also find it helps clients keep their collar bones and chest open as they work. I'm only on 1 blue and absolutely feel the burn by the end!! Happy moving ❤
