So true. If you told me that I would be running miles a few years ago, I would have laughed and told you that you had me confused with somebody else. I love the way I feel when I run and when I can feel it, it reminds me how incredibly lucky I am.

Bad run > no run. I have to remember this, getting up and doing SOMETHING is better than doing nothing! That's why I ran this morning even though it was the last thing I wanted to do, and I felt AMAZING afterwards!
