Greek Bowl Meal Prep CHICKEN • -6 boneless skinless chicken thighs • Seasoning: (measure with your heart) • Oregano • Dill • Cumin • Garlic Powder • Lemon Pepper • Salt -Coat with 1/2 cup bone broth, seasonings, and bake in oven at 400 for 40 minutes TUMERIC RICE: • - 1 cup uncooked jasmine rice • - 2 cups bone broth • - 2 tsp Tumeric seasoning -add rice to a pot with broth and Tumeric, simmer over low heat covered for 8 minutes CUCUMBER TOMATO SALAD: • - 1 English cucumber • - 1 cup cherry tomatoes, cut in half • - 1/4 cup red onion • - 1/4 cup crumbled feta (you can add more) • - 2 tbsp Olive Oil • - Fresh Dill • - Salt + Pepper Add ingredients above to a bowl and mix together until coated with olive oil and seasonings. -divide ingredients above into four
