Bacon Mushroom Swiss Cheese Meatloaf Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef 1/2 lb ground pork 1 cup breadcrumbs 1/2 cup milk 1 egg 1/2 cup sautéed mushrooms 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese 1 small onion, finely chopped 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce Salt and pepper to taste 1/4 cup ketchup (optional, for topping) Instructions: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). In a large bowl, mix breadcrumbs and milk, allowing to soak for 2 minutes. Add ground beef, ground pork, egg, mushrooms, bacon, Swiss cheese, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
