Bobotie - Low Carb - this Indonesian curried meat loaf is to South Africa what Moussaka is to Greece and Lasagne is to Italy.

South African - Bobotie - low carb version using Splenda though. I would try to avoid sugar altogether. not a big fan of artificial sweetener as a substitute.
