Stretching exercises can be helpful for improving rounded shoulders by targeting the chest, shoulders, and upper back muscles. Here are a few stretches that can help: 🔴Doorway Stretch: Stand in a doorway with your arms bent at a 90-degree angle, elbows at shoulder height, and forearms resting against the doorframe. Step forward with one foot and gently lean forward, feeling a stretch across the front of your shoulders and chest. Hold for 20-30 seconds. 🔴Corner Stretch: Find a corner or use a wall. Stand with one foot in front of the other. Place your forearms on each wall surface at a 90-degree angle to your upper arms. Lean forward until you feel a stretch across the chest. Hold for 20-30 seconds.
