Food = Medicine... so far I know I have iron deficiency anemia, mitral valve leak, and sleep apnea; I'm still waiting on yea or nay for celiac diagnosis. I also have developed a corn allergy over the last few years and refuse to eat soy. I thought I had made good changes in my diet over the past year by deleting a lot of things. Obviously the changes haven't been enough. I'm ready to get drastic with my food!
