Parmesan Corn
Ingredients: • Corn • Oil • Seasonings: Garlic, Onion, Pepper, Cajun, Smoked Paprika, Pepper, Italian Seasoning + Crushed Red Pepper • Parmesan • Butter • Parsley Recipe: • Start with mixing your oil + seasonings. I typically don’t measure how much seasoning I use. Start with 1 tsp and increase on your favorites. Apply the mixture to your corn and save some for later. • Warm up your skillet of choice and put your mixture on top before placing the corn. Allow your corn to cook on all sides before removing from skillet. • In the microwave, warm up butter and add Parmesan + Parsley. Place on corn with more Parmesan if preferred. This part is optional but it does enhance the flavor. You can also add salt but I’m trying to reduce my intake. Stay connected with me on soc

Creamy Salmon and Shrimp Dish
Preparation Method: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add salmon fillets to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through. Remove the salmon and add shrimp to the skillet, cooking for 2-3 minutes until pink. Stir in heavy cream and lemon juice, season with salt and pepper, and return salmon to the skillet. Simmer for a few minutes, then garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
