No-Bake Energy Bites. I took 2 great recipes and made 1 amazing one. Mix all in 1 bowl: 1 cup dry oatmeal, 1 cup peanut butter, 1/2 cup honey, 1/2 cup ground flax seed, 1 scoop protein powder, 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips. Chill for 1 hour. Make into little balls and eat. They are so good I ate 3 while making them.
This recipe for Apple Sandwiches with Almond Butter and Granola couldn’t be more perfect for back-to-school time. Whether you choose to whip them up for your little ones for breakfast or as a sweet treat after school, they’re always a wonderful kid-friendly snack option.
Cinnamon Apple Chips Had the cooking bug & made these also! Super easy -- I used 1 Granny Smith Apple, sliced it with a knife, coated them in honey & then sprinkled on cinnamon sugar, baked them at 200'F for an hour & a half.
