5 INGREDIENT RICE CAKE TRUFFLES!
12 rice cakes 1 banana 5 Medjool dates, pitted 1/3 cup nut butter (I used peanut butter) 50g melted dark chocolate, for the coating (I used dairy-free chocolate) Method: Add rice cakes, banana, dates and nut butter into a food processor. Pulse until the mixture resembles crumbs and sticks together. Using your hands form tablespoons of the mixture into a balls. Place the balls in a freezer for 15 minutes. This will help chocolate coating to set faster. Take out from the freezer and dip each treat into the melted chocolate. Once the chocolate is set enjoy right away or keep in the fridge for up to 7 days. • Recipe by @cook.vegetarian on Instagram
