Playing With Fire: 50 Years of Contemporary Glass

This exhibit runs from November 6, 2012 to August 25, 2013, and is in celebration the 50th anniversary of the birth of the American Studio Glass movement. Since the 1960s artists and designers have continually pushed the material in new directions and used the complex, fragile, and highly versatile nature of the material to create an astonishing diversity of works. http://madmuseum.org/exhibition/playing-fire
