1. Reclined bird-dog - Lower opposite arm and leg, whilst pushing the other two limbs into the ball. 2. Wonky bird-dog - Reaching same arm & same leg out to the side. 3. “Stir the pot” plank - Pressing the forearms into the ball, move in circles - Both directions! 4. Reverse table marches - Tuck tail bone, lift knee to above the hip. Slow the movement & embrace the wobbles! 5. Oblique side leans - Modified side plank flow, reaching further with the support of the ball.
