PATATROL   Kook patats tot gaar (sonder suiker) maak fyn en laat afkoel.  1 blaardeeg -rol effe uit Smeer patats 1cm dik oor deeg Plaas bietjie suiker (wit of bruin) en paar klontjies botter onder in bak se bodum. Rol op en sny skywe van 2.5cm dik en pak plat in gesmeerde bak  Sous: Meng 150ml suiker (wit of bruin) en 250ml room en bring tot kookpunt Gooi bo-oor patatrol en bak in oond vir 30/40min by 180grade C  Ek het bruinsuiker vir die resep gebruik
