30min · 1 serving My non traditional take on tzaziki…this is perfect as a Super Bowl Snack! Traditionally tzaziki has no beets, chives or labneh and mean no disrespect but this is my take ❤️. PS: as a non garlic girl I was totally trying to disregard the garlic but it needed it real bad…so no, you can’t leave it out. Ingredients: • 1/3 cup shredded beets (raw). • 2 persian cucumers (shredded). • 1 garlic clove. • 1/2 lemon (add more if you want). • 3 tbsp fresh dill + more for topping. • 3 tbsp chives + more for topping. • serranos to taste. • 1/4 c olive oil + more for topping. • 2 cups labneh. •Seasoned salt or salt and pepper (I use pegs).
