CRISPY NUTTY CRACKERS. A great recipe from the book Real Meal Revolution. Mix 200g sunflower seeds, 100g sesame seeds, 2T psyllium husk, 60g linseed and 500ml water together in a bowl, leave for 10 minutes. Spread on 2 oven trays (on baking paper/silicon mats) as thinly as possible - no holes. Bake for 90 minutes at 160 deg C for crispy crackers. Check after 60 minutes. When done, leave to cool, separate from baking paper and break into pieces. Makes a large container and are amazing! Enjoy
