Cream Puffs. - 250ml Water, 60g butter, 250ml flour, salt, 4 large eggs. - Put the water and butter in a pot, heat until butter is melted and the mixture starts to boil. Remove from heat. Add pinch of salt. Add all the flour at once and mix quickly - mixture must make a big ball. Mix one by one egg in, put in baking trays and bake at 180 until brown. The puffs will be hollow inside and you add your own flavour of savoury or sweet inside. (Caramel, fresh cream inside. Chocolate on top)
