Prepare the quinoa: Soak the quinoa in water for 6–8 hours (or overnight). After soaking, rinse the quinoa thoroughly under running water. 2. Soak the chia seeds: Mix the chia seeds with 50 ml of water and let them sit for 10 minutes until they form a gel. 3. Blend the ingredients: In a blender, combine the soaked quinoa, chia seed gel, baking powder, salt, spices, and olive oil. Gradually add water to achieve a thick, slightly grainy batter consistency.

You’ll need: 1 ripe banana (mashed) ¼ cup organic peanut butter (or any nut butter) 1 tbsp pure maple syrup (optional) 1 cup rolled oats (I used sprouted, gluten-free) 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips 1/3 cup chopped organic peanuts 1. In a small bowl, combine the mashed banana, peanut butter and maple syrup. 2. Stir in oats. 3. Fold in chocolate chips and chopped peanuts. 4. Scoop onto a lined baking sheet and flatten (this batch made 6 cookies). Add more chips on top if desired. 5. Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes at 375F. 6. Remove from oven, add flaky sea salt

Roll the crust and close with a toothpick. 2. Heat the butter in a pan on medium heat. Cook (1) until both sides are crispy. Remove from the pan. 3.
