About 300 people participated in the 18th annual Fun Ride benefiting the Boys and Girls Club of the Wisconsin Rapids Area. The ride started from Donahue Super Sports in Wisconsin Rapids and ended at the Lake Du Bay Lions Park. The event is one of the top fundraisers for the club for the year, said Robert Wefel, executive director, raising about $8,000 each year, although this years figures won’t be available for a couple of days.
