Funeral Potatoes: An incredible side dish, but funny name. From what I understand, this recipe got its “tongue-in-cheek” name by always being part of the luncheon after a Mormon funeral. I’m confident there is another more formal name out there, but this name is the only one I know it by. It’s incredibly delicious and if you double the recipe, it feeds a crowd! We love it with a ham dinner.
