Cottage cheese pancakes... These were the winner in the Kramer household! Whip eggs in blender, add. Cottage cheese and blend til smooth. Add the rest. Let sit 15 minutes. Cook on 350 deg griddle. We added blueberries and 2 tsp vanilla. We added 1 scoop protein powder with the flour as well. A 4 egg batch was good for 2 ppl.
