Lunch today was a BIG sweet potato, chickpea/avo/hummus salad and shredded beet. For the salad, mash ¼ avocado with 1-2 tsp hummus, then swirl in ½ red onion and ½ can chickpeas. Easy as. Adding more fats and proteins keeps me full so much longer. No sign of hunger for 4-5 hours. Yes I mostly eat carbs but ain’t scared to add more fat to my meals✌️ #highcarbmediumfat
