Meet Morjan. Handwoven in Egypt by skilled artisans, her body was carefully constructed from cotton and wool. She made her journey, past the limestone Colossus of Ramses II and the Alabaster Sphinx, then marveled at the wonder of the Great Pyramid of Giza, before heading north. She continued her journey along the Nile – onward toward the West Bank, the Temple of Edfu, and of course, of Isis. From Cairo she finally lay in creases, before arriving in SA.
