Boer Leaders during the Anglo-Boer war. How resilient were the boer fighters. The first to realize that a conventional war could not be won against superior numbers and equipment. They kept the British on the hop for three years which could have been much longer had it not been for the shameful scorched earth policy and concentration camps. I will be researching the paths and tactics of some of the commandos in the next few years. May put some tours together when finished.
