Meng saam: 1 Blikkie bier, 3 E bruin suiker, 1 fyn knoffelhuisie, 100 ml olyf olie en sout en peper. Pak 10-12 rou hoenderstukke, gegeur, in glasbak, gooi marinade bo-oor, maak toe met tinfoelie en plaas in yskas, oornag, of ten minste 4 ure. Braai oor matige kole tot goudbruin en gaar. Eet met alaa
