Pineapple Habanero Jelly. Photo by Chef #0 BJE- Wicked good. Used 2 - 20 oz cans of (drained) chunked pineapple. (added 1/2 of sugar during first boil by accident) Boiled last stage for 6 mins. Left a couple of seeds in each pepper. 2016-used 15 habanero and 4 scorpion peppers. Used cherry bomb infused white vinegar. So good!
