4 large tomatoes (1 1/2 lbs); 1 Tbsp olive oil; 1 clove garlic, finely minced; Salt and black pepper 1 oz shredded asiago cheese (1/3 cup); 1 oz shredded parmesan cheese; 1 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning Preheat oven 425. Stir together olive oil with garlic. Brush mixture over tomatoes, season with salt/pepper. Toss asiago and parmesan together - sprinkle cheeses over tomatoes, then sprinkle with Italian seasoning. Bake 15 - 18 minutes until cheeses are golden and tomatoes are tender
