My blog motto is Be Nourished because I believe that we should focus more on what we include in our diets than what we exclude. Up to 90% of the food we eat should offer us nutritional benefit. Each meal and snack should be seen as a nutritional opportunity. Prioritize nutrient provision when meal planning and reserve treats for small, occasional desserts.
