Purple foods are high in anti-cancer properties. For the pineal and the pituitary glands. They contain water-soluble vitamins that strengthen tiny blood vessels, which can help swollen feet or ankles, speed up the healing of bruises and promote healthy collagen for fewer wrinkles. Violet foods include: purple sprouting broccoli, eggplants, purple basil, as well as, red wines, potassium, Vitamin E and St. John's Wort.
...walnuts are the only nuts known to contain melatonin...The pineal gland in your brain produces melatonin from serotonin, a neurotransmitter that sends messages between nerve cells. Melatonin has strong antioxidant properties, and it can protect your cells and tissues from free radicals, substances that accelerate aging and stimulate progression of degenerative diseases, including cataracts, Parkinson's disease and Alzheimer's disease.
The pineal gland is your personal captains chair to your space ship. It is the gland that we use to navigate this wonderous vibrational reality. It is the gland we use to co-create reality with. We project our reality through this mighty gland and also use it to decode the vibrations sent to us through our five senses which creates our perspective reality --Jeff Andrews (art;jennifer.gelinas)
"...the pineal gland is the only organ located near the upper end of the spinal cord. Taoists call the center between the pineal and pituitary ~The Crystal Palace~ With activation of this sacred chamber, hormones oxytocin, vasopression etc.. are released from the pituitary into the blood stream to facilitate a "metamorphic" birth. When this occurs, transcendental vision or an increase in visual acuity, inner visions, inner lights and vivid dreams are common.." ~ Keeper of The Platinum Ray FB
