Vantage Travel Review - Best of Africa – "From wine tasting to elephant back riding, cultural visits to schools and homes, to walking where Nelson Mandela has walked and learning more depths of South African history, I was breath-taken several times. I recommend this trip to any age group! I witnessed both ends of that spectrum and this trip caters to both. I will never forget this trip of a lifetime! Wine pairing: North African food is very popular in the south of France and I ordered this unusual chicken and vegetable tagine. As it was a sweltering 33°C we automatically reached for the rosé, a pale, crisp dry style from Chateau Mourgues du Grès in the Costières de Nîmes region around Arles. It matched the tagine perfectly, the slight spiciness bringing out all its delicate fruit.
