MY FAVORITE! Bacon wrapped chicken stuffed w cream cheese. Fillet 1 bag of boneless skinless chicken into thinner portions, spread 1 Tbsp cream cheese & top w a seasoning (I used mccormicks original chicken. Roll tightly & wrap pepper flavored bacon, then spear w/ a toothpick. Place in Pyrex dish & bake at 400 degrees, until chicken reaches 160 on meat thermometer.   ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!! This yielded 10 servings. However, a teenage boy can eat 4 in one sitting. ;)

The deal with low - fat really simply is that fat has been made the scapegoat for things sugar had to get the blame for. So low -fat, (fat deprived from it's actual purpose to give energy) is then altered to take away the sustained energy part and substitute it with sugar! Enjoy this creamy treat made with REAL good stuff!
