Kondensmelk Tert 250 ml room 45 ml suurlemoensap 1 blik kondensmelk 5 ml suurlemoenskil 1 pak mariebeskuitjies 50 g botter, gesmelt kruisementblare 1. Klits kondensmelk en suurlemoensap tot styf. 2. Klits die room tot net styf en roer dit saam met die skil by die kondensmelkmengsel. 3. Meng die mariebeskuitjies en botter fyn, druk die mengsel‘n tertbak of ‘n paar klein bakkies. 4. Skep roommengsel bo-op die beskuitjielaag en sit in yskas tot gestol, rond af met ‘n kruisementblaar.
