Kate on Instagram: “Here are the steps to achieve yesterday's eye, using the @toofaced Semi Sweet Chocolate Bar palette! This warm eye look helps to softly lift the eyes with its smoked out, upturned outer corner. I prepped the eye by applying Shadow Insurance and the Coconut Creme shade on top, which helps the rest of the shades blend more easily.

Too Faced The Chocolate Bar Eye Palette Swatches, Review & EOTD - Blushing Noir

1. Tie all of your hair back away from the facial area 2. Steam face to open your pores (or take a hot shower) 3. On clean skin, apply your mixture of honey and lemon all over 4. Let the mask sink in for 20 minutes (take a cat nap!) 5. Wash off with warm water and a final splash of cold water to close pores. For someone like me who never has facials, I need this.
