Tricep kick back + front arm extension 3. Mt climbers x4, alternate single arm (SA) row, x2 4. Donkey kick + SA row 5. Side plank - reach top arm + double knee drive 6. Here’s how it works: Complete the 2 strength moves in each set for 45 seconds each, then repeat for 2 rounds total. For all one-sided moves, complete one side/round.
