Maak beskuitjie kors van Tenniskoekies. Druk in tertbak vas. Maak 1 pakkie suurlemoen jellie aan met 1 k kookwater en laat afkoel. Roer 1 blik kondensmelk en 1 blikkie grenadillamoes by en ook 50 ml suurlemoensap. Meng deur en skep op beskuitjiekors.

Ingredients 2 ounces cream cheese, softened 2 Tbsp heavy cream 1 egg ½ tsp lemon juice ¼ tsp vanilla Tbsp sugar substitute such as powdered erythritol or stevia (mix two or more for a better flavor) Combine all ingredients in a cup microwave-safe b

MIKROGOLF VLASKYWE: Meng 250 ml suiker&125 ml vlapoeier. Voeg 1 lt. melk by en meng. Voeg by 80 ml botter&20 ml vanilla, mikrogolf 10 min op hoog. Klits elke 2 min. Vlapap is reg as daar spore vorm wanneer klits. Pak cream crackers onder in bak, breekkant in lyn met mekaar. Gooi vlapap oor, pak nog cream crackers, laat afkoel. Maak 250 ml versiersuiker met 1 eetlepel kookwater aan, voeg bietjie suurlemoensap by tot dik pasta. Smeer die versiersel net oor die crackers anders trek dit vog.

1 cup sugar 125 ml custard powder Mix the sugar and custard powder. Add 1 liter milk and mix well. Add butter and 20 ml vanilla essence, microwave for 10 min on high. Whisk the mixture every 2 minutes with a metal whisk.
