(links below) 3. oil ends at night or before washing ~ strong hair and healthy growth can come from mending split ends and preventing breakage. 4. protect hair from heat and sun ~ use thermal or heat protection always before using heating tools: (blow dryers, straighteners, curlers, etc). when in the sun, use a protective leave in conditioner, especially for summer beach days!
