Fried Burrata with Balsamic-Marinated Tomatoes
1 large baguette, sliced into 1/2 inch pieces 2 tablespoons olive oil 2 ripe tomatoes, diced 1 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped 8 ounces burrata cheese Salt and pepper to taste Balsamic glaze for drizzling Start by preheating your oven to 400°F. While it warms, put your baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush each pirce with olive oil. Put the baking sheet in the oven for about 5-7 minutes. Looking for a gold edge and a crispiness. While the bread is browning, put the tomatoes (diced) and basil (chopped) in a mixing bowl. Salt and pepper according to your taste preferences. Once your baguette has gotten to their perfect crispness, take them out of the oven and let them cool a little. Then, top with a big spoonful of burrata and a spoonful of the tomato-basil mixture.
