Chew on This | Butterbeer - Two Ways
Here are the recipes: Butterbeer - for witches and wizards of all ages 1/2 C butterscotch syrup (ice cream topping) 1/2 C evaporated milk 2-3 T butter 12 ounces cream soda, chilled In a small sauce pan, combine butterscotch syrup, evaporated milk and butter. Stir over medium-low heat until butter is melted. Allow mixture to cool for 5 minutes. Divide butterscotch mixture between two glasses. Pour chilled cream soda between those two glasses - a foamy head will form - and serve. Enjoy!
