Toffieskywe. 200 g Toffie-geur koekies 100 ml gesmelte botter 1 blik (397 g) kondensmelk 125 ml klam bruinsuiker 80 g botter 5 ml karamelgeursel 45 ml esdoringstroop. 45 ml esdoringstroop Bolaag 100 g donker sjokolade 60 ml room. Maak krummelkors van botter en koekkrummels. Druk vas in pan, sit in yskas tot nodig. Verhit die kondensmelk, suiker, botter, geursel en stroop oor lae hitte in ’n kastrol tot die suiker gesmelt is. Verhit tot kookpunt en kook vir ses minute tot dik en goudbruin…
