I decided to do cupcake cakes for Easter this year. These cupcakes are made-from-scratch carrot cake paired with a homemade cream cheese frosting. The roses are homemade almond buttercream. I frosted each cupcake with an 1M tip by Wilton and made a rosette design. The roses were made with a standard ruffle/rose tip, also by Wilton. I just placed each cupcake to form the shape of a cross on a 9x14" cake board.
